Shipping & Returns

Orders are filled and shipped within 48-72 hours from the time they are received via FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the product.

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund provided that the order has not been shipped. Please note that in some cases, orders cannot be stopped from shipping even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. 

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders. Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@kardinsupply.com.
